As a summer sunset painting the sky in shades of pink and orange, the Rosato Piemonte DOC ConteRosa from Cantina di Nizza is an ode to the simple yet profound beauty of life. Produced from a balanced blend of Barbera and Pinot Noir grapes, this wine is a vivid portrait of the land it comes from: Nizza Monferrato in the heart of Piedmont. Aged in steel to preserve its freshness, the wine presents itself with a pale pink color that captures the eye and invites tasting. On the nose, ConteRosa is a floral bouquet with notes of red fruits and citrus. In the mouth, its structure is light yet complex, a perfect balance between acidity and sweetness. Although there is no information on aging potential, its taste profile makes it an ideal companion for light appetizers, grilled fish, or simply to enjoy a moment of relaxation at sunset.
