The Custoza Superiore Brolo dei Giusti from Cantina Valpantena is a wine that enchants with its straw-yellow color enriched by golden reflections. This wine is a mosaic of aromatic varieties, composed of Cortese, Garganega, Tocai Friulano, Incrocio Manzoni, and Chardonnay, which together create an olfactory experience of mineral taste with floral backgrounds, notes of hazelnut and butter, almost as if steeped in ripe and seasoned lemon. On the palate, it is fresh yet has an enveloping texture, with hints of wood well integrated. Its long and intense character, with a fruity aftertaste and a mineral finish, endows this wine with a clear potential that does not disappoint if left to age.
