The Custodia Custoza Superiore DOC is a white wine that captures the essence of Veneto, an Italian region famous for its viticultural richness. Produced by the renowned Cantina di Custoza, this wine is a harmonious blend of grapes such as Garganega, Trebbiano Toscano, and Tocai Friulano. The wine presents itself with a golden hue, almost like a summer sunset over the Venetian hills. On the nose, the Custodia Custoza Superiore DOC is a mosaic of aromas: white-fleshed fruit, field flowers, and a touch of minerality that recalls the sea breeze. In the mouth, the wine is soft, harmonious, and well-structured. Its freshness makes it ideal for aperitifs but is also versatile enough to pair with a variety of starters, mains, and desserts. The Cantina di Custoza, founded in 1968, now has 200 members for about 1000 hectares of vineyards located mainly in the morainic hills south of Lake Garda.
Passing from the vineyard to the table, the wines of Custoza transmit tradition with every sip and best express the territory in which these wines are born and grow. The hard work in the vineyard is enhanced by the use of the most advanced winemaking techniques in the cellar to obtain a unique wine of its kind.
