The Rosso Piceno CacciaLepre DOC by Pieralisi is an ode to the winemaking tradition of the Marche region, born in the vineyards of Maiolati Spontini. Made from a blend of Montepulciano and Sangiovese grapes, this wine is an olfactory and gustatory portrait of its land. Aged in large oak barrels, the wine showcases an intense ruby red color. On the nose, you'll find notes of ripe red fruits, spices, and a slight touch of vanilla. On the palate, the structure is solid, the tannins well-balanced, and the finish persistent, with hints of chocolate and tobacco. Ideal for pairing with robust dishes like roasts and aged cheeses, this wine is a sensory journey through the hills of Marche.

Today, the organic-run company can count on 103 hectares of vineyards and 48 hectares of olive groves. The vinification, modern and attentive to the smallest detail, together with the skilful work in the vineyards are the ingredients for obtaining wines of absolute quality.
