Imagine yourself in the heart of Marche, where the Pieralisi family has passionately cultivated vineyards and olive groves since the 1960s. Here is born the Metodo Classico Elara Verdicchio Castelli di Jesi Brut DOC, a wine that is the very essence of modernity coupled with tradition. The blend is a refined mix of Verdicchio and Chardonnay, spending 48 months on the lees, a detail that unveils its complexity. To the eye, the wine presents itself with a golden color, almost like the sunset kissing the vineyards of Maiolati Spontini. On the nose, it's a concert of aromas: white-fleshed fruit, field flowers, and a touch of bread crust. In the mouth, it's like an embrace; full, round, and incredibly balanced. The finish is long, with an aftertaste that recalls the minerality of the Marche terroir. For a complete gastronomic experience, pair it with fish dishes or soft cheeses. It's the ideal wine to elevate a romantic dinner or to toast to a special occasion.Denomination: Classic Method Castelli di Jesi DOC
