The Alta Langa DOCG 36 Brut 2018 from Cantina di Nizza is an ode to the winemaking tradition of Piedmont. This sparkling wine made through the classic method is a harmonious blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, grown in the fertile lands of Nizza Monferrato. The 36-month aging in the cellar gives the wine a robust structure, comparable to a historic building with solid foundations. On the nose, the bouquet is an olfactory journey ranging from notes of white-fleshed fruit to nuances of bread crust. In the mouth, the wine is an explosion of flavors reminiscent of candied lemon and green apple, with a long, mineral finish.
