This jewel of the Langhe and Barolo, coming from the Cru Bussia, presents itself with a garnet red color that tends to shades of ruby and orange as the years go by. Its olfactory profile is a bouquet of extraordinary complexity, elegance, and intensity. Notes of violet, rose, and freshly picked fruit are sensed, evolving into a universe of spices. On the palate, the wine is pleasantly dry, full, robust, austere yet velvety, harmonious, and ethereal, with a light aftertaste of licorice and leather. Its prolonged persistence makes it ideal for pairing with red meat dishes, game, braised meats, and cheeses with a strong and intense flavor.
