Produced through natural fermentation in stainless steel at 25°C for 15 days, this wine undergoes malolactic fermentation in stainless steel. It is aged in oak barrels for 10 months, followed by further maturation in the bottle for at least 2 months. The result is a ruby-red wine with garnet hues, a distinctive sign of the Nebbiolo grape variety. On the nose, you'll find notes of red fruits, jams, violets, rosehips, herbs, and sweet spices. On the palate, the tannins make their presence felt, balanced by a complex structure and a persistent finish. This wine is ideal for pairing with fresh pasta dishes or red meats, as well as a selection of medium-aged cheeses and cured meats.
