Moscato Rosa Spumante Dolce DOC - Forchir
Creamy Elegant Fruity
What do we mean by these definitions? Click HERE to find out!
Born in the alluvial, stony vineyards of Friuli Venezia Giulia, Forchir's Moscato Rosa Spumante Dolce DOC is an ode to delicacy and complexity. The winemaking process takes place in vacuum presses at negative pressure, a method that preserves the aromatic integrity of the grape. The flower must is then channeled into autoclaves, where yeasts trigger the foam grip, strategically interrupted to maintain a natural sugar residue and incredibly fruity aromas. Visually, the wine presents itself with a powdery pink hue, while its very fine and persistent bubbles dance in the glass. On the nose, the unmistakable musky scent of Muscats blends with clouds of very sweet red fruit: strawberries, sour cherries, raspberries. In the mouth, a greedy, soft, and enveloping sip culminates in a velvety fuchsia rose. This wine is an ideal companion for desserts based on dry pastries and jams, such as shortbreads and tarts. But it is equally sublime when enjoyed alone, in a moment of pure sensory pleasure.

The excellent wines produced are the maximum representation of its grape variety and the genuineness of its territory.
