The Metodo Classico Nice Pas Dosè by Roberto Sarotto is an oenological jewel that comes from Chardonnay grapes grown on calcareous marl soils. After approximately 24 months of maturation on the yeasts, this sparkling wine presents a dense and lively perlage, enhancing fragrant and fruity aromas. The taste is creamy, with a fresh and savory finish that invites another sip. This sparkling wine is the perfect accompaniment to fish appetizers or seafood dishes. It is also ideal for toasts on special occasions or to make a moment of relaxation unique.
