Barolo Briccobergera DOCG 2007 by Roberto Sarotto is a wine that embodies the elegance and power of Nebbiolo, the king of Piedmontese vines. Produced in the heart of Piedmont, this wine stands out for its garnet red color with orange reflections given by aging. On the nose, it offers an intense and ethereal bouquet, enriched by notes of ripe fruit such as wild strawberries and sweet spices. In the mouth, the wine is a triumph of balance and complexity. The tannins are soft and smoothed over time, giving the wine a solid structure. The palate is invaded by aromas of ripe fruit in alcohol and ethereal, which blend into a long and floral yet ethereal finish. Ideal for special occasions, it pairs beautifully with roasts and game, but also with beef dishes or very structured cheese-based first courses.
