The Passito Ciabot from Roberto Sarotto is a wine that enchants you from the very first sip. Produced in the hills of Piedmont, this sweet wine is the result of a drying method that concentrates the sugars and aromas of the grapes. The color is an intense amber, almost like an autumn sunset.
