Dolcetto d'Alba "Boschi dei Signori" by Bosio captures the genuine spirit of the Langhe. Made from 100% Dolcetto grapes grown in Alba, Neive, and Diano d'Alba, this wine reflects the land’s balance of structure and freshness, thanks to calcareous-clay soils and vineyards between 200–300 meters above sea level.
Vinified with simplicity and care, it undergoes a six-day skin maceration in stainless steel, followed by six months of bottle aging to preserve the fruit's vibrancy and clarity.
In the glass, it shows a bright ruby red color. The bouquet opens with fresh cherry, wild red berries, and light sweet spice notes. On the palate, it is smooth, harmonious, and refreshing, with delicate tannins that make it easy to pair and enjoy.
Ideal with pasta with meat sauce, charcuterie, mushroom risottos, or Piedmontese starters, it also pairs beautifully with vegetarian dishes and legumes, making it perfect for casual dinners or informal aperitifs.

The winery’s approach blends tradition and innovation: small-batch vinifications, selected native yeasts, and modern techniques that preserve each grape’s character. Their diverse range includes Moscato d’Asti, Barolo, Barbera, Dolcetto, Nebbiolo, Arneis, and more—each telling the story of the region.
Now under third-generation winemaker Luca Bosio, the company has expanded its international reach through Bosio Family Estates and the acquisition of Bel Colle Winery in Verduno. A family story rooted in tradition, with an eye toward the future.
