Imagine being immersed in the untouched nature of Tuscany, among centuries-old trees and thermal springs, where the Poggio Miniera vineyard extends in all its beauty. This wine is an authentic expression of the Tuscan territory, coming from the province of Pisa and more precisely from the area of Monteverdi Marittimo. The Monterufoli winery has expertly selected the Sangiovese grape to give life to this oenological masterpiece. The visual aspect of the wine is of an intense ruby red. On the nose, you perceive notes of ripe red fruit and balsamic hints that create an enveloping and pleasant aromatic bouquet. In the mouth, the flavor is full and round, supported by a good tannic structure. This wine has been refined in barriques, which contribute to enhancing its complexity and depth. Ideal to be enjoyed on special occasions, this wine pairs wonderfully with red meats and aged cheeses. Imagine yourself at an elegant candlelit dinner, where this wine will be the undisputed protagonist of the evening.

The Monterufoli estate is located between the Val di Cecina and the Val di Cornia in the province of Pisa. It is immersed in over a thousand hectares of unspoilt nature, centuries-old trees, a myriad of thermal springs and suggestive vineyards, from which the Poggio Miniera Val di Cornia DOCG selection is produced.
In this splendid scenario there are numerous routes that offer beautiful landscapes and links to the traditions of the area, very rich in minerals. The remains of the lignite and magnesite mines and the old chalcedony quarries known since ancient times for the execution of mosaics bear witness to this.
The wine obtained is an absolute discovery that reflects the totality of the territory as the maximum expression of quality.
