Mirto Verde di Sardegna – Bresca Dorada | Linea Segni e Sapori

Mirto Verde di Sardegna from the Segni e Sapori line by Bresca Dorada is an artisanal liqueur that captures the true essence of the Mediterranean. Crafted from hand-picked wild myrtle leaves (Myrtus communis) sourced in the pristine Sarrabus area of southeastern Sardinia, it reflects a deep respect for tradition and nature.

The fresh leaves are infused in pure grain alcohol for no less than two months, allowing for a full and slow extraction of their aromatic compounds. The infusion is then delicately sweetened with honey and sugar, without any added colorings or additives, maintaining the authenticity of Sardinian heritage.

In the glass, it reveals a straw yellow hue with greenish highlights. The bouquet is refined and aromatic, featuring notes of myrtle leaf, helichrysum, and soft balsamic nuances. On the palate, it is smooth, well-balanced, and enveloping, with a lingering finish that echoes the herbaceous character of the Mediterranean scrub.

Ideal as a digestif, served chilled, it pairs wonderfully with chocolate desserts, blue cheeses, or traditional Sardinian sweets. Its herbal and aromatic profile also makes it a standout addition to sophisticated cocktails. A true taste of Sardinia, distinguished by freshness and layered complexity.
