Its maturation occurs first in steel and then in wood for a period of 6 months before being bottled. At first glance, the wine presents itself with an intense purplish-red color. On the nose, an evident and rich bouquet of floral and fruity notes unfolds, dominated by aromas of currant and violet, with nuances of licorice and black pepper. On the palate, the wine is full, with a harmonious tannic texture and a pleasantly spicy and toasted finish.
