The Alta Langa DOCG Riserva Blanc de Noir Pas Dosé is a refined masterpiece crafted from Pinot Nero grapes grown between 500 and 580 meters above sea level, where the expansive vistas of the Langhe are unveiled in all their majesty. With vineyards aged 15 years, planted on medium-textured soils enriched with stones and sand, this wine is a pure expression of its land. The harvest in early September precedes a vinification process where the must ferments at low temperatures, part in French oak tonneaux and part in steel, then ages in the bottle on lees for 65 months, without any dosage, to preserve the integrity of the grape and the soil's mineral vividness. In tasting, it is distinguished by its fine and persistent perlage, unveiling a rich straw-yellow color. The bouquet reveals an interweaving of red fruits and herbaceous nuances, typical of the high hills of Langhe, enriched by a long maturation on lees. The dominant freshness is embraced by creaminess and body from the lees aging, with a persistence that makes it an ideal companion for a variety of dishes.
