Franciacorta wines have different gustatory characteristics depending on the type of grape used and the fermentation method. Franciacorta is a sapid, fresh, fine and harmonious wine, which lends itself to being paired with many different dishes. Franciacorta Satèn, on the other hand, is a fruity wine with a pleasant sapidity and freshness, ideal for accompanying soft, light and delicate dishes. Franciacorta Rosé, on the other hand, has a greater structure and vigor and is perfect to be paired with savory dishes.
Longer maturation and refinement, such as those of Franciacorta Millesimato and Franciacorta Riserva, can give the wines greater personality, complexity and refinement. The production method of Franciacorta provides rigorous and scrupulous rules to guarantee the quality of each bottle, such as the exclusive use of noble vines, hand harvesting, natural refermentation in the bottle and subsequent slow maturation and aging on the lees for at least 18 months, 30 for Vintages and 60 months for Reserves.

Located in the historic center of Breo, near the Langhe, in the heart of Piedmont, the enoteca serves as a meeting point between tradition and innovation. Today, Vinai del Borgo serves customers in Italy, the EU, and the USA, further expanding our reach through our Online Shop.
