Noble Complex Fruity
Native to Trentino, Lavis' Teroldego is a wine that enchants at first glance with its deep ruby red color. On the nose, it opens with a bouquet of violets that develops into notes of plum and small forest fruits. Soft and enveloping on the palate, it offers a long, juicy finish. Manual harvesting began in early October, followed by fermentation at controlled temperatures in stainless steel tanks. Aging takes place on the lees for about 5-6 months in fiberglass-reinforced concrete tanks, with a portion aged in previously used French oak barrels. Ideal for a candlelit romantic dinner or a gathering among friends, it pairs beautifully with red meats and aged cheeses.

Nowadays there are about 800 members contributing to about 750 hectares of vineyards with an altimetric layout that varies from 200mt to 800mt guaranteeing organoleptic richness and variety; the fine and elegant white vines are grown in the mountains, while the intense and structured reds are grown in the hills. The wines of the Cantina di Lavis and Valle di Cembra are a representation of the winemaking tradition that combines nature with technique in a mountain context that is unique in the world.
