Made from Nebbiolo grapes, this rosé is an ode to the versatility of one of Italy's most celebrated varietals. The color is a delicate pink, almost like the petals of a newly blossomed rose in spring. On the nose, the wine offers an intriguing bouquet of red fruits like strawberries and raspberries, enriched by floral nuances that evoke lavender and wild rose. On the palate, the wine is a riot of freshness and vivacity, with an underscored minerality that makes it incredibly drinkable. This is the ideal wine for an outdoor picnic or a summer dinner on the terrace, perhaps accompanied by a fresh seafood salad or raw fish dishes.

Located in Montà d'Alba, the Pelassa farm covers about 15 hectares in the Roero and Verduno areas. Founded in 1960 by Mario Pelassa, it is today mainly managed by his two sons Davide and Daniele. It all starts with taking care of the vineyard, which is essential for giving life to wines that can do justice to the territory they come from. Then, in the new modern cellar, the vinification continues using technology and innovation with an eye to every detail. The result is excellent and can be seen in every wine from Roero to Barolo.
