The Moscato d'Asti "Ros du Su" by Ivaldi Andrea is a sweet and aromatic wine from the sunny hills of Nizza Monferrato in the heart of Piedmont. Made from hand-harvested Moscato Bianco grapes, only the finest clusters are selected. Following a gentle pressing, fermentation occurs in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures to preserve the intense varietal aromas. Fermentation halts naturally, retaining residual sugar for a perfectly balanced sweetness.

In the glass, it shines with a luminous straw-yellow hue and golden highlights, accompanied by a delicate natural effervescence. The bouquet bursts with fruity aromas of apricot, peach, and pineapple, enriched by floral hints and aromatic herbs. On the palate, it is sweet yet fresh, with a pleasant acidity that creates harmony and elegance in every sip.

Ideal for pairing with dry pastries, hazelnut cake, or traditional zabaione. A perfect choice to end a meal with sweetness or to toast during festive moments.
