The Bolgheri Rosso Artemio Cabernet Sauvignon by Le Vigne di Silvia brings the harmony of the Tuscan Coast to your glass. Produced from Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc grapes grown in the Le Ferruggini vineyard and trained using the Guyot system, this wine is the result of meticulous attention both in the vineyard and in the cellar. The grapes are hand-harvested at the end of September and gently destemmed, then fermented with their natural yeasts. The must remains in contact with the skins for about 15 days. The aging takes place in both new and used French oak barriques. The wine presents itself with an intense ruby-red color and offers fruity, intense, and sweet notes on the nose, typical of Cabernet Sauvignon. On the palate, the wine is of great complexity and intensity, but also offers freshness and an excellent final lift. It is an ideal wine for pairings with red meats, very aged cheeses, game, and roasts.
