The Barolo Audace DOCG by Roberto Sarotto is a wine that represents the pinnacle of elegance and complexity from Piedmont. Produced from the Nebbiolo grape, this wine is a true Italian gem made from grapes overmaturated in cassette. The color is a deep, almost impenetrable ruby red. On the nose, you'll find notes of ripe red fruits, vanilla, and oak. The palate is a sensory journey: well-structured tannins, lively acidity, and a long, persistent finish with nuances of almond and tea. Aging in Oak barrels adds depth and complexity that make it irresistible. This wine is perfect for special occasions and pairs wonderfully with red meat dishes like beef tenderloin or stewed wild boar. It's also an excellent choice for a romantic candlelit evening.
