The Barbera d'Alba Superiore from Cantina Cabutto is a wine that speaks of the land it comes from. With an intense color, almost like the melody of an ancient violin, it presents itself with ruby tones that capture the eye and invite discovery. On the nose, it's an olfactory mosaic: initially fruity and vinous, it elegantly evolves into spicy and ethereal notes, almost as if it were telling the story of the vine's seasons. Produced in the Tenuta La Volta, this wine is a tribute to Italian winemaking tradition, with a taste profile that is a perfect balance between acidity and tannins, like a well-conducted symphony.
