Paride Iaretti's Gattinara Vigna Valferana DOCG is a wine that embodies the essence of Nebbiolo in a way that only the volcanic and mineral terroir of Gattinara can offer. Produced in Piedmont, this wine is a noble olfactory portrait, where delicate aromas of morello cherry and blackberry blend with notes of undergrowth, bark, graphite and liquorice. On the palate, the wine is intense and soft but fine, with a noble extraction tannin that promises a very long finish, rich in nuances of roots and wet rock. This wine is ideal for pairing with tasty cheeses and first courses with game sauces. It is a wine that, like a good book, reveals itself page after page, sip after sip, offering a unique sensorial experience.

The company founded by Paride Iaretti is located in Gattinara, one of the most important wine-producing areas of Piedmont. The owned vineyards are about 4 hectares, almost exclusively of Nebbiolo, which produce about 30,000 bottles a year.
Vigna Valferana, Vigna Bogianetta, Vigna Guardia and Vigna Villetto are the names of the crus from which the company's Gattinara DOCGs come.
In the cellar the wine is aged in tonneaux, barriques and oak barrels, aided by the weather and the seasons, but the true character of these wines is forged much earlier; it takes its body and heart from the work done in the vineyard, from the daily commitment and continuous care of the vines.
