Les Enfants Rosso by Villa Russiz brings a modern Friulian take on Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. Grown on Collio’s marl and sandstone soils, the grapes enjoy a balanced climate that enhances ripeness and aromatic depth.

Hand-harvested grapes undergo 15 days of maceration before partial aging in large oak barrels and stainless steel, allowing complexity and drinkability to merge in harmony.

In the glass, it shows a bright ruby red. The nose reveals ripe red berries, black pepper, and a refreshing herbal touch. On the palate, it’s smooth and round, with soft tannins and a pleasing, balanced structure. Perfect with charcuterie, game meats, beef carpaccio, tartare, or even traditional roast chicken. A convivial, versatile red that brings pleasure to any table.
