This exquisite Amarone is crafted from carefully selected Corvina Veronese, Corvinone, and Rondinella grapes grown on well-balanced clay and sandy soils from the Valpolicella Valpantena subarea. Harvesting is done by hand in the early days of October. Following a four-month drying process, where the grapes dehydrate, concentrating their sugars and flavors, fermentation occurs in stainless steel tanks under controlled temperatures for 15-20 days. The wine then ages in Slavonian oak barrels for two years, with a further refinement in the bottle for at least four months. With its deep ruby color and hints of red and black fruits such as cherries, plums, and blackberries, the Torre del Falasco Amarone stands out for its aromatic complexity and full-bodied palate, enhanced by solid tannins and lively acidity. Ideal as a collector's wine, the Torre del Falasco Amarone excels alongside red meats, game, and well-aged cheeses. Its structure and tannins perfectly complement rich dishes like fillet, osso buco, wild boar, and structured cheeses, not to mention pairing with chocolate desserts or serving as a contemplative wine.
