Villa Russiz’s Ribolla Gialla is a refined expression of one of Friuli’s most iconic native grapes. Grown on marl-rich hillsides, it captures the essence of Collio's terroir.
Harvested by hand during the cool morning hours, whole bunches are gently pressed and the free-run juice ferments in temperature-controlled stainless steel. Eight months on fine lees add texture and complexity without sacrificing freshness.
Brilliant straw yellow with greenish reflections, the wine opens with floral aromas of acacia, fresh wood, and a touch of citrus. On the palate, it's lively and crisp, with vibrant acidity and a refreshing fruit-driven finish. A natural match for fried seafood, vegetable tempura, savory pies, and soft cheeses—perfect for convivial moments and light seasonal fare.
