Nebbiolo from Cadia

Made from Nebbiolo grapes grown in the hillside vineyards of Roddi and Verduno, in the heart of the Langhe, Cadia's Nebbiolo faithfully reflects the richness of the Piedmontese terroir. Fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks and aged for several months in oak barrels, it offers depth and structure.

Intense ruby red with garnet hues as it ages, the nose opens with ripe red fruits like cherry and raspberry, layered with black pepper, leather, and a hint of licorice. The palate is dry and balanced, with well-integrated tannins and a fresh acidity that enhances drinkability.

Excellent with red meats, roasts, or aged cheeses, Cadia’s Nebbiolo is perfect for those seeking an elegant yet approachable expression of Langhe Nebbiolo.

Winery Cadia

The Cadia farm takes its name from the homonymous hill located on the south-east ridge between Roddi and Verduno. The management of the cellar is family-run and all of the production comes entirely from the 12 hectares of property. The excellent exposure of the vineyards together with their management as natural as possible, following criteria of integrated pest management, ensure that a genuine and high quality product is created.
