The Barolo Audace DOCG 2006 by Roberto Sarotto is a wine that enchants the senses from the very first sip. Produced in the heart of Piedmont, this dry red wine is a tribute to the Nebbiolo variety. Its aroma is an intricate tapestry of ripe red fruits, truffle, and almonds, with smoky undertones that add a touch of mystery. On the palate, the wine strikes a perfect balance between refreshing acidity and velvety tannins, culminating in a soft and pleasant finish with tertiary notes. The aging process in oak barrels for 24 months imparts a solid structure to the wine and excellent aging potential.
