In the heart of the Camo production zone, Rapalino's Metodo Classico Moscato d'Asti D.O.C.G. Circa 26 is a hymn to refinement and elegance. This metodo classico brut, is produced from Moscato grapes, grown in south-facing vineyards. The winemaking process begins with a first fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature, aimed at preserving the essence of the aromas. This is followed by a six-month rest on fine lees in a stainless steel tank with weekly batonnage, before bottling for the second fermentation. In the glass, the wine presents itself with a straw-yellow, crystalline color. On the nose, it is floral and complex, with a fine, persistent, and elegant bubble. The aromatic framework is a combination of sage, peach blossoms, and green apple, vibrant and persistent on the palate. The bubble completes the portrait, offering a long and wide finish that picks up the characteristic aromatic notes of the grape variety.
