Born from the desire to offer a unique, innovative, and joyful sensory experience, Forchir's Prosecco Extra Dry Joy DOC is an anthem to vitality. At first glance, the wine presents itself with a straw-yellow hue that immediately captures the eye. On the nose, it expresses the finesse of the scent of white flowers and the effervescence of fragrant and citrusy aromas. This wine is made from pure Glera grapes, grown in Camino al Tagliamento and Precenicco (Udine) on predominantly alluvial and rocky soil. The vinification takes place through soft pressing and fermentation in an autoclave, without sulfites, to capture all the fruit and transfer it to the bottle. On the palate, the wine is fresh, citrusy, and lively—a true invitation to joy. Ideal for accompanying an aperitif, it is also a great companion for seafood and raw fish.
