Beneventano Falanghina
The Falanghina from Sella delle Spine is a white wine that celebrates the charm of the Falanghina grape, cultivated on clay-limestone soils in the heart of Sannio. The vines, trained using the Guyot system, thrive in an ideal microclimate that ensures optimal grape ripening. Fermentation at a controlled temperature of 12°C for about 40 days in stainless steel tanks enhances the grape's natural aromas, preserving its freshness and vibrancy. In the glass, it shines with a bright straw-yellow color, revealing a generous and refined bouquet: floral notes of acacia blend with aromas of dried apricot and candied citrus. On the palate, it offers a dry and smooth sip, with a well-balanced acidic structure and a satisfying gustatory persistence. Perfect with seafood, shellfish, and white meats, it is ideal for summer dinners al fresco or refined aperitifs, where its freshness and aromaticity shine at their best.
