Bosio Diamante Asti Dolce – Bosio Family Estates

A SPARKLING GEM FROM PIEDMONT

Bosio Diamante Asti Dolce is a refined sparkling wine made from Moscato Bianco grapes grown on the sunny hills of Asti, Piedmont. Its elegant bottle, reminiscent of a diamond, reflects the wine’s bright and polished character.

Crafted using the Martinotti (Charmat) method, the wine ferments at low temperatures in steel tanks to preserve its delicate aromatics. A short lees aging follows, enhancing its texture and freshness.

In the glass, it shines a brilliant straw yellow with a fine, persistent perlage. The nose reveals white flowers, ripe peach, honey, and tropical fruit notes. On the palate, it is sweet and smooth, yet balanced by a lively acidity that makes each sip refreshing.

Ideal for special occasions, this sweet sparkling pairs beautifully with fruit-based desserts, hazelnut tarts, or as an aromatic aperitif. A delightful choice for those who appreciate gentle sweetness and floral elegance.

Cantina Bosio – Santo Stefano Belbo, Piedmont

FAMILY ROOTS WITH A GLOBAL VISION

Established in 1967 by Egidio and Angela Bosio in Santo Stefano Belbo, in the heart of the Langhe, Cantina Bosio is a leading name in Piedmontese winemaking. With over 30 hectares of estate vineyards and partnerships with 150 local growers, they cultivate grapes from top regions including Langhe, Roero, and Monferrato.

The winery’s approach blends tradition and innovation: small-batch vinifications, selected native yeasts, and modern techniques that preserve each grape’s character. Their diverse range includes Moscato d’Asti, Barolo, Barbera, Dolcetto, Nebbiolo, Arneis, and more—each telling the story of the region.

Now under third-generation winemaker Luca Bosio, the company has expanded its international reach through Bosio Family Estates and the acquisition of Bel Colle Winery in Verduno. A family story rooted in tradition, with an eye toward the future.
