The Barbaresco Curra' Riserva DOCG by Roberto Sarotto embodies the elegance and complexity of Piedmontese Nebbiolo. Produced in the renowned Piedmont region, this wine stands out for its sophisticated olfactory profile, evoking aromas of underbrush, hazelnut, and mature oak, enriched by notes of roasted coffee, mocha, and vanilla. On the palate, the wine is balanced and refined, with a hint of plum and nuances of spiced cherry, licorice, and chocolate. Wood aging contributes to a long and harmonious finish, marked by silky, soft tannins. Perfect to be paired with red meat or game dishes, this Barbaresco is ideal for a romantic dinner or a special occasion. Its structure and complexity also make it an excellent candidate for aging.
