This Farina Amarone della Valpolicella Classico is a refined blend of local grape varieties such as Corvina, Corvinone, and Rondinella, grown in the clayey and calcareous terroir of San Pietro in Cariano. The hand-harvesting is followed by a controlled four-month drying process and a 24-month maturation in both barriques and Slavonian oak barrels. Visually, the wine displays a deep ruby red with garnet hues. On the nose, it offers a complex bouquet of red fruits, spices, and balsamic notes. On the palate, it is powerful yet balanced, with soft tannins and well-defined minerality. This Amarone is an excellent example of tradition and terroir, ideal with red meats and aged cheeses. Thanks to its complexity and aging potential, it is a wine to enjoy now or to keep for the future.
