Muller Thurgau Trentino DOC 2022 - Lavis

The Müller Thurgau from Lavis embodies the essence of Trentino. Grown in the porphyritic soils of the Cembra Valley and Meano hills, this wine is a true gem of Italian viticulture. Thanks to the use of advanced technologies that prevent contact with oxygen during winemaking, the aromatic qualities of this grape variety are preserved and enhanced. On the palate, the wine is rich and balanced, mellow and well-structured. The fruity aromas of green apple and lychee blend with floral essences of lily of the valley and jasmine, creating an irresistible olfactory bouquet. This wine is ideal to pair with barley soup or fish dishes like mugnaia trout, but it's also perfect with goat cheese.

Cantina Lavis is one of the most renowned cooperatives in Trentino and has its headquarters in the municipality of La-Vis where it was founded in 1948.
