The Cabernet Franc Itinerante Toscana IGT by Le Vigne di Silvia is a red wine that embodies the elegance and complexity of the Bolgheri terroir. Produced from Cabernet Franc grapes grown in the Le Ferruggini vineyard and trained using the Guyot system, this wine is the result of careful and dedicated work both in the vineyard and in the cellar. The grapes are hand-harvested in mid-September and gently destemmed, then fermented with their natural yeasts. The must remains in contact with the skins for about 20 days. The aging takes place in new French oak barrels and amphora. The wine presents itself with an intense ruby color and offers on the nose notes of cherry and currant, with spicy, balsamic, and vegetal accents. On the palate, the wine is characterized by great harmonious elegance, with sweet and silky tannins that lead to a long and pleasant taste persistence. It is an ideal wine for pairings with red meats and cheeses, but also pairs perfectly with some fish dishes typical of the local cuisine.

Le Vigne di Silvia is a new winemaking reality born in 2014 in Bolgheri, a noble territory famous and celebrated all over the world.
The family-run company owns just over 2 hectares tended directly by Carlo Fuselli, historic farmer and "father" of Silvia and Stefania who, together with one of Italy's best winemakers, Emiliano Falsini, take care of managing all the activity.
The result of the union between Bolgheri and this human heritage is a unique wine with a well-defined, elegant and overwhelming style.
