Made from Barbera grapes, this wine is a tribute to the winemaking tradition of Oltrepò Pavese. The Isimbarda winery, located in Casteggio, is undergoing biological conversion and aims to best express the character and quality of the area. The wine is refined in steel, contributing to its freshness and fruitiness. On the nose, you'll find notes of red fruits and a slight effervescence that adds a touch of liveliness. In the mouth, the wine is dry and well-balanced, with a pleasant acidity making it ideal for pairings with appetizers and fish-based dishes. This wine is like a journey through the vineyards of Santa Giuletta and Mornico Losana, offering a tasting experience that is as authentic as it is delicious.
