The Vermentino Giochessa Toscana IGT 2020 by Le Vigne di Silvia is a white wine that embodies the passion and art of Tuscan winemaking. Made with a blend of Vermentino and Verdicchio grapes, grown in the Le Ferruggini vineyard and trained using the Guyot system, this wine is a true expression of the terroir. The grapes are hand-harvested in early September and subjected to cold maceration for 24 hours. The vinification takes place partly in new wood and partly in steel, followed by aging in French oak barrels and steel. The result is a wine with a straw-yellow color and a rich nose of fruity notes, sage, and thyme, with slightly vanilla nuances. On the palate, the wine is savory, broad, and enveloping, with a minerality and freshness that make it extremely drinkable and of great taste length. Ideal for pairing with fish-based dishes, shellfish, and white meats, it is also an excellent aperitif.

Le Vigne di Silvia is a new winemaking reality born in 2014 in Bolgheri, a noble territory famous and celebrated all over the world.
The family-run company owns just over 2 hectares tended directly by Carlo Fuselli, historic farmer and "father" of Silvia and Stefania who, together with one of Italy's best winemakers, Emiliano Falsini, take care of managing all the activity.
The result of the union between Bolgheri and this human heritage is a unique wine with a well-defined, elegant and overwhelming style.
