Mount Zovo

Monte Zovo, managed by the Cottini family , has been producing high-quality wines since 1925. The third generation, led by Diego Cottini, has brought the winery to prominence, focusing on sustainable viticulture and innovation. Their Le Civaie vineyard is located in the Lugana DOC, where the Turbiana grape thrives thanks to the cool, moderating breezes from Lake Garda. The soil here, a mix of sandy clay and calcareous origins, enhances the wine's mineral qualities, producing a fresh, structured, and complex Lugana. The winery is certified by Biodiversity Friend , SQNPI, and Equalitas for sustainable and eco-friendly practices.

Hippolytus 1845

Founded in 1845 , Cantina Ippolito is one of Calabria's oldest wineries. Located in Cirò Marina, the heart of Calabria's wine region, Ippolito has long championed indigenous grape varieties like Pecorello, Gaglioppo, and Greco Bianco. The winery focuses on rediscovering and preserving Calabria's viticultural heritage while employing modern techniques. Their Pecorello is crafted through sustainable practices and a commitment to the land, resulting in a vibrant, mineral-rich white wine that showcases the complexity of Calabria's terroir. This estate takes pride in its long history, combining tradition with innovation to produce elegant wines.

Federici The Bay of the Sun

Located in Liguria , Federici's La Baia del Sole estate is renowned for its dedication to Vermentino, particularly from the Colli di Luni DOC. The vineyards are situated between the rolling hills near the Tuscan-Ligurian border, where the sea breezes play a significant role in shaping the wines. The Federici family combines traditional methods with modern, sustainable practices to produce wines that reflect the essence of the Mediterranean. Their Solaris Vermentino, aged on fine lees, is known for its elegance, freshness, and the minerality characteristic of the coastal terroir
