The Chardonnay Avnì Cadia, hailing from the hills of Roddi with altitudes ranging from 250 to 350 meters, is an excellent example of Chardonnay from its region. This exquisite wine, made with 100% Chardonnay grapes, embodies the quality and character of its place of origin. The grapes are handpicked in the first week of September, ensuring optimal maturity and fruit quality. The vinification process is distinguished by a slow and gentle pressing, followed by fermentation at low temperatures (14-16°C) in new barriques. This method enhances the wine's delicate and sophisticated profile. Aging for 5-6 months in barriques adds further complexity and depth to the wine. It presents a golden yellow color and an organoleptic profile rich in tropical fruit aromas, complemented by notes of vanilla and butter. These characteristics create a pleasant sensory experience. The Chardonnay Avnì Cadia is particularly suitable for pairing with starters and fish-based dishes. Its elegance and distinct aromatic profile make it an excellent choice for those seeking a wine that combines tradition and modernity, suitable for both casual and refined culinary experiences.

The excellent exposure of the vineyards together with their management as natural as possible, following criteria of integrated pest management, ensure that a genuine and high quality product is created.
