Cantina Moscone's Barbera d'Alba DOC, cultivated in the rich lands of Monforte d'Alba, is a wine that expresses the elegance and complexity of its terroir. Following a manual harvest, the wine undergoes delicate vinification, followed by about 8 months of aging in oak barrels, enriching its character without overpowering the natural flavors. The wine is distinguished by its intense ruby red color and an enveloping bouquet of wild berries, plum, and violets, enriched by spicy and woody notes. On the palate, it offers a balance of body, freshness, and soft, persistent tannins, creating a harmonious and nuanced taste experience.
