This exquisite Moscato is produced exclusively with Moscato grapes from the 27 hectares of vineyards owned by the Pianbello company. The vines, planted on calcareous silty-sandy soil, are 40 years old and produce between 55 and 65 hectoliters of wine per hectare. It presents itself with a bright straw-yellow color with greenish tints and a fine, creamy foam resulting from long fermentations at low temperatures. The bouquet is aromatic, intense yet elegant, with fruity and citrus notes such as yellow peach and grapefruit. The taste is sweet but not cloying, fresh and persistent, with the same aromas found on the nose, complemented by significant balsamic notes. Excellent with desserts like cakes, cookies, and fruit, but also pairs well with soft or blue cheeses.
