The Classic Method Pas Dosè Sniper Oltrepò Pavese DOCG by Isimbarda is a sparkling wine that embodies the excellence of Pinot Noir. Produced in Santa Giuletta in the heart of OltrePò Pavese, this wine is a hymn to sustainable oenology. Its elegance is already evident in the color, a bright straw yellow with golden reflections. On the nose, notes of white pulp fruit and wild flowers are perceived, while on the palate it is dry, fresh and mineral, with a persistence that leaves an indelible memory. While there is no specific information available on wood aging, its complexity suggests a meticulous manufacturing process. Ideal for a toast on special occasions or as a companion to raw fish dishes and light appetizers.

The Isimbarda winery owes its name to the ancient family of the Marquises Isimbardi, feudal lords of the Santa Giulietta estate in the 17th century. The cellar is located in Casteggio in Oltrepo' Pavese and covers 36 hectares with vineyards in the municipalities of Santa Giulietta and Mornico Losana. The company production is varied and ranges from Riesling Renano to the vinification of Pinot Noir, Bonarda and Barbera up to the Oltrepo' Pavese Classic Method. The Isimbarda Company is undergoing a biological conversion and its objective is to allow its wines to best express the character and quality of the Oltrepo' Pavese area.
