The Alta Langa DOCG 36 Brut 2019 from Cantina di Nizza is an ode to the winemaking tradition of Piedmont. The 36-month aging in the cellar gives the wine a robust structure, comparable to a historic building with solid foundations. Founded in 1955, the Cantina di Nizza is made up of 200 members for 600 hectares of vineyards located on the hills around Nizza Monferrato.
