Ripasso Valpolicella Falasco by Cantina Valpantena is a delicate red wine produced in Valpantena subzone of Valpolicella, in Veneto The aroma of this wine is an extraordinary experience that delicately unfolds between dried and red fruits, creating an enveloping fragrance. The predominant tasting notes reveal nuances of dates, tobacco, and a subtle hint of spices, contributing to the creation of a captivating and engaging aromatic profile. Produced by classical the method "Ripasso," where as Amarone wine was made from, giving more thickness, complexity, and taste involving the secondary fermentation of the skins of grapes. The result being more profound and fuller-bodied wine with pronounced flavor profiles and distinctly individual in character from the typical Valpolicella wines. On the palate, it sings of vibrant dark fruit melding to dark cherry, savory herbs, vanilla cocoa across interesting structure of oak, fruit and acidity that are threaded by smoky spices.
