The Marche Rosso IGT "Diavolo&Vento" is an authentic expression of the Marche terroir, crafted through meticulous vinification processes. The grapes, selected with careful precision, undergo separate vinification. Maceration takes place in stainless steel tanks, preserving the integrity of the fruit and ensuring a fermentation that reflects the freshness and vivacity of the native varieties. After alcoholic fermentation, the wine matures in wooden barrels for 10 months, gaining complexity while maintaining its distinctive freshness. In the glass this wine presents a bright, intense red color with violet hints that hint at its youth and vigor. The nose offers an inviting tapestry of aromas: notes of blackberries, cherries, and a subtle spiciness from the wood it has rested in, creating an intriguing balance between fruit and terroir. On the palate, the wine displays a well-balanced structure with soft yet present tannins, and a freshness that beckons for another sip. The finish is persistent, with an aftertaste that brings back sweet spices and ripe fruit, leaving a pleasing sense of warmth and fullness. This wine pairs wonderfully with robust meat dishes such as braised meats and roasts, as well as with aged cheeses and cured meats, enhancing the rich flavors of traditional Marche cuisine.
