The Grappa di Amarone della Valpolicella by Farina Wines is a distillate that captures the essence of Italian winemaking tradition. Produced in the heart of Valpolicella, this elixir is the result of a meticulous production method that uses only the pomace of Amarone. Its appearance is of a blond color, deriving from aging in barrique, which further enriches its olfactory and taste profile. On the nose, concentrated notes of dried fruit are perceived, while on the palate it is harmoniously robust and warm. Ideal for savoring in moments of relaxation or as an after-dinner treat, it pairs splendidly with aged cheeses and fruit-based desserts. A distillate that not only satisfies the palate but also the soul.
