The Alta Langa Blanc de Noir by Mirafiore is an excellent expression of Piedmontese sparkling winemaking, made exclusively from 100% Pinot Noir grapes. This wine embodies elegance and refinement, matured for 36 months according to the tradition of the Classic Method Sparkling Wine. In the glass, it presents itself with a straw yellow color enriched by light golden reflections and a fine, persistent perlage that enhances the aromas of white pulp fruit, dried fruit, and bread crust. On the palate, the typical structure of Pinot Noir is fully expressed, enriched by the pleasant creaminess of the bubbles. The long persistence, freshness, and excellent flavor are the sensations that remain impressed in memory after tasting. Located in the area of Serralunga d'Alba in Piedmont, the vineyards benefit from a unique terroir, with soils composed of white clay interspersed with layers of calcareous sands, which give the wine distinctive characteristics in terms of aromas and flavors. This location, facing east and situated at an altitude between 300 and 480 meters above sea level, along with a planting density of 4500 plants per hectare and the Guyot training method, ensures the production of high-quality grapes, intensely concentrated in aromas and flavors. The Alta Langa Blanc de Noir by Mirafiore is perfect with fried fish dishes, thanks to its natural freshness that helps cleanse the palate between bites, but it also pairs well as an aperitif or to conclude a meal, proving to be an excellent sparkling wine throughout the duration of the meal.

The story of Casa E. di Mirafiore is deeply intertwined with the very roots of Piedmontese wine and its nobility. Founded in 1878 by Emanuele Alberto Guerrieri, Count of Mirafiore and son of the first King of Italy, the winery is located in the fertile territories of Barolo and Fontanafredda. Emanuele Alberto's vision, an entrepreneur of noble origins, revolutionized the wine world of the time with a modern approach to winemaking and a strong commitment to the community. Recently, Casa E. di Mirafiore has intensified its commitment to sustainability, achieving organic certification in 2018 and celebrating its first certified organic harvest. This orientation was further reinforced in 2022 with the publication of the first Sustainability Report and the acquisition of certifications for sustainable practices in its own 25 hectares in Serralunga, vegan products, and recognition as a "Historical Brand" by the Italian government, a sign of its historic contribution to the oenology of the Langhe, combining tradition and sustainable innovation.
